This hotel charged my card for items from the mini bar which we hadn't consumed. I have raised a complaint but they simply provided a fabricated receipt and will not engage. AVOID! Plenty of other hotels in New York to choose from!
We paid £1500 for 4 nights so wouldn’t dispute $9 for the sake of it, but it is more the principal.
Room was generally good and a good size but what we expected from an upgraded room. Good views from the 34th floor.
Remote did not work but was replaced after two days of asking. LED lights around window also didn’t work.
The gentleman who checked us in was nice and helpful but after that the staff’s attitude after that was poor and unhelpful especially on check out.
The security looked unprofessional, always on their phone and looked disinterested. Lobby floor was dirty.
