"Great location"

"The Refinery is a hidden gem in Midtown. Excellent location to go anywhere in the city and have a larger more comfortable resting area. We have also stayed there for the Thanksgiving parade and loved the proximity and access. Wonderful hotel, can’t say enough."

"Clean room, friendly staff but they will look for any and every reason to charge u. U get breakfast included? Plus 40 bucks after paying for it, full stocked mini bar, broke wallet. We were scared to even ask for a garbage bag and extra towels out of fear of them charging us"

"The room we book was not available upon check in. It was completely different from what the picture represent on the website. That room was also dirty and had finger prints all over the windows. The curtins didn't work by the remote. We had to manually draw back the curtins. The guest services tried to give us another room for the night, but it was $2000 extra for one night since we arrived at 8pm. "Amazing stay great views and staff. I just felt a little judged at the pool since I wanted to chill and not have full service. Other than that, highly recommend!!"
