"We had a very nice stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. I especially appreciated the extra security measures, which made us feel comfortable during our stay. The location was also fantastic—being right beside Grand Central Station made getting around New York incredibly convenient. We would definitely stay here again!"

"No refer in the room - but great location and free or reduced price breakfast was good"

"Property has great location right next to Lincoln Center & is more reasonably priced than most Manhattan hotels. Also has beautiful Art-Deco lobby with tunes from Great American Songbook piped in. But it’s old & has seen better days. Microscopic bathrooms. No amenities, no room service, no coffeemakers in room. You have to go outside to corner Starbucks to get coffee. During my stay, there was no water overnight one night. I got up to go to the bathroom around 12:30am & no water to flush toilet...

"The hotel is a fun idea but staff are quite unpleasant and getting to it takes longer than just walking out to a taxi and driving to a different airport hotel. It's not very convenient to get to. The rooms are tiny and it's expensive for what you get."

"Terrible hotel, don’t stay!"
