"The Lotte is a beautiful hotel, the building is stunning inside and out, lots of gold and marble details. The staff are friendly, they even sang Happy Birthday to my son when we checked in. Our view of St. Patrick’s from the 28th floor was stunning, and we could also see Rocafeller. The room was lovely and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The tub floor was a little slippery, the sachajuan toiletries smelled so good I debated buying them there. We rarely heard much from neighbouring rooms...

"We enjoyed the "old world" Art Deco charm of the New Yorker. Location was excellent, in the heart of the city, yet easily accessible by public transportation or driving right to it, and parking nearby."

"The staff were fabulous and very friendly and helpful the lobby is gorgeous. Our room was ok but one window blind didn’t work and the bathroom cupboard door was hanging off. I would say the room was clean, but you can tell it is older and needs some maintenance."
