"I liked how close it was to Times Square, but the bed was uncomfortable, there was no microwave to warm anything up so we had to eat out for many meals, and the typical hotel amenities like pool, Jacuzzi, etc. were nonexistent. Not good for traveling with a family. I would stay there again if I were traveling with only adults, but wouldn’t take the kiddos back."
