"Only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was at three of the six elevators were down and also they didn’t come and get my room service when I finished it I had to like take it out of the room myself, but that’s not that big of a deal other than that, it was perfect day. Got me way better room than they originally were at the front desk. They were just like let me see if we can get some better and got me all the way to the 44th floor. I loved it. "I truly enjoyed my stay, the property was beautifully designed, the room was clean, and comfortable. My only issue was the AC unit, even after dropping the temp to 65 the room was muggy and warm. But other than that everything was excellent!"

"Majority staffs are not good, only few people are good.There is no service at all. I believe the robots will be better to replace their most staffs. "
