"The hotel was listed as a VIP and no upgrades or included servises were included what so ever. Very disappointing. Also, when I booked the room we were not informed that there was a usage fee of 45 dollars a day which I found to be totally unfair but we had to pay it on site. Expedia, which I usually love using, really disappointed me on this one. The hotel was fine otherwise, it was nice having a pool. The staff did nothing out of their way to help or make us feel welcome."
