"There aren’t any amenities in this facility. Mattresses can be okay or horrible depending on room assignment. No coffee or tea or snacks of any kind Check out is 10am. Additionally, the heat, TV, A/C may or may not be functional. The staff are friendly and try to be as accommodating as they can be. The owner of the Jane Eurohostel clearly has no comcern for the comfort of the hostel guests. Seems like he is just waiting to be able to turn the Jane into a total private club."

"When I went to purchase an item from the store located in the lobby, there was no one present at the front desk. I waited for a short period and then left to look for a nearby store. Approximately 40 minutes later, when I returned, the front desk was still unattended. The same two individuals who had been waiting earlier were still there waiting for someone to return to the desk.
The curtains in my room were dirty.
The phone in the room did not work I had to call front desk with my cellphone...
