"To begin with this is the hotel of our choice. Every time we go to New York, which is would be the fifth time in 10 years. The state we had this time was unusually mediocre as we were asked to wait for a room on our early arrival to the city, this is not uncommon to wait for a room because check-in is at 4 o’clock yet we were told to wait to be notified with a phone call which never came and by the time rooms were available we needed to make a lie once again, even though we had been waiting...

"Naida was awesome! Very helpful and friendly! Disappointed because when I booked, it said we got a breakfast and when we got there, we were told that no breakfast was included that we had to buy the package which there was no option to buy a breakfast package. So that was misleading and very disappointing. The first night our air-conditioning wasn’t working but the next day they sent someone up to fix it but then the next day in the middle of the night, it just completely turned off and the room...

"The room, hallways, and fixtures look a bit worn. Exposed wires in the room in corner. Easy to work AC. Check in with Junior was fabulous. Elevator is a bit of a challenge, I met so many guests that couldn't figure out the elevators and a bit long for the upper floors. You have to go to a touch pad to put in your floor and then it will go to designated floor, once in the elevator it has no buttons. I had extra time before appts and I was able to lounge in the upstairs which has a stair lounge...
