"The ice machine was broken on the hottest week of the year and never fixed. Bathroom in the room was in rough shape, shower curtain rod pulled out of the wall, toilet leaked, sink was rotten and moldy wood underneath the metal veneer. Not to mention the clattering of the pipes was deafening anytime an adjoining room turned on their water. Also a note to anyone staying here, it is LOUD all the time - even on the 12th floor, the street noise is definitely not filtered out by the paper thin...
