"The front reception staff was very nice. The room 808 toilet hanger was loose and didn’t flush properly. I had to open the top of the tank to adjust the water pressure. The bath shower handler came out of the shower. I stayed only one night and it was enough. Hopefully, they fix it first the next customer."

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent and the staff members were consistently helpful and welcoming. However, the guest rooms are beginning to feel a bit dated. My primary concern was the elevator wait times, on our final day after waiting 30 minutes, we ultimately had to use the service elevator. While the hospitality is great, the building infrastructure could use some modernization."

"I had a 2 bed Queen room it was very nice and comfortable . The room was very clean . There was a small spot on the rug but no biggie. I did have breakfast and its a little pricey 5.00 for a 12.0z can of soda but live and learn . Staff was wondeful . I was able to get an early check in which was excellent. Hotel is a 10/10 great location for things we had planned while we were in New York."

"AC, Streaming services did not work in my room. There was a a hair(s) in the shower from the last guest. The facilities are very dated. Extraordinarily poor facilities and condition for the price. Would not recommend. I am a frequent business traveler and this by far one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in."

"Not only did we pay for the round glass room, which was t cheap it had a bug looked like a tick. I felt disgusted they moved me room but after that you question the cleaning. Although Eddie staff member was really sweet concerned and helpful he can not control the slack of his staff which delayed 2/3 hrs at a time for house service & not to mention waiting 20min to even been tended to at the bar which we ended up leaving.
