"My daughter and I stayed at the Times Square Hyatt Regency for 4 nights. The location is excellent and we found our stay very comfortable. A couple of things we didn't love: there was often no hot water in the showers in the morning, the door to the room had a huge gap underneath which let in noise from the corridor (we put a towel in front of the gap which helped), the restaurant in the hotel, while convenient, added a 20% surcharge for everything, even take-out coffee.
