One time the call got disconnected and they didn’t even bother calling back. Front desk staff that checked us in was a little sassy and commentary not appreciated. Staff (from my experience last year) was kind courteous and very friendly. May explore other options next year."

"The staff at the Trump Hotel, Central Park, West,New York City, are consummate professionals. Situated just across from New York Central Park in Midtown, location is great. And I believe it has very good price/value relationship. It’s also nice to have a nice pool for laps in New York City."
