"We loved our stay at the Parklane Hotel. Beautiful premises excellent location and friendly staff especially the breakfast crew was amazing. They make the best of the small room to accommodate everyone ( we were the in February when its was impossible to have breakfast outside on the balcony). We are looking forward to going back again"

"Cheaply furnished rooms with poor maintenance. Blinds not working, hinges broken to desk and room phone not working properly. Staff were responsive to issues but it was a disappointment for the 5 star hotel stay we paid for and expected."

"First I want to begin b saying how accommodating and nice the staff was at the
Lowes Regency Park Avenue My stay was wonderful because of the staff..
The room was clean and quiet room service was fast and the food was wonderful at the bar and grill, oh and good coffee too…
I love the neighborhood and I have found my NYC hotel…
We were greeted by Kennedy in the elevator and she immediately asked if she could do anything for us now or in the future to make our stay more comfortable as did all...

"Wonderful stay at The Beekman and exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly accommodating with my request for a room with a specific view and the room itself was clean and incredibly unique and eclectic. The bed was lovely, breakfast was scrumptious, and overall I loved my stay here and will certainly be back."

"The Knickerbocker was wonderful! The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had! The room was clean, had complimentary water available each day, plenty of towels, and bathrobes!
We enjoyed the breakfast each morning, Gania was our server and was very friendly and kind!
The only real critique was there were no hangers on the wall for towels/umbrellas/wet raincoats. We stayed over the weekend where it rained every day and having a place that was not in the enclosed closet...
