"The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean. We got there early but we were able to store our bags there so we could get a head start on exploring. The location is great."

"Stayed mid-April. It’s a little more rundown than I thought it would be once we got there. It smelled like smoke on my entire floor, even though it was non-smoking. The key cards would never unlock the door until the 5-6th try, and that’s when they were actually working. The AC wasn’t working in the three rooms they tried us in unless we call down at night and had a handyman come up and turn a screw or something every night. "If you use hairspray or steamer in the room there’s a good chance you wake up to notice that you’re being charged $500 for “vaping” in the room. I don’t own a vape and had this happen. Staff at front said this has been a huge problem affecting tons of guests on the daily."
