"Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t the best. The front desk staff came across as unfriendly both over the phone and in person. When I called ahead to confirm our reservation, the interaction already felt short and unwelcoming, and that same attitude continued during our stay. "Clean room"

"Good experience. Hotel is in a great location. Our room was quiet though that meant no real window (courtyard was blocked by scaffolding) It’s hard to maintain these older hotels so there is definitely some wear and tear - bathroom baseboards were pulling away from wall. Bathroom doors had some paint peeling but nothing that impacted the function of the room or made it feel unclean. Beds were comfortable. All in all we had a great stay and would choose this hotel again."

"Absolutely amazing stay from beginning to end. The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Breakfast and the bar area were both great, and the overall atmosphere made the experience feel relaxing and luxurious.
