"The best thing about the hotel is its location. It is walking distance to most everything you would need or want to see. That being said, the hotel itself is very clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. I strongly recommend Luma and I’m really happy I stayed here with my family."

"Just finished a stay at Bryant Park, hotel and staff are perfect. Hotel is very conveniently located and Bryant Park is a beautiful back drop. The room was big, clean and done to a high standard. The staff could not do enough for you, from the moment I checked in, I felt looked after and safe."

"Property is close to all the relevant attractions but far enough away to be nice and quiet at night. Easy to access public transportation. Food ordered and served was good.
Rooftop Spyglass Bar is just OK other than the view of the Empire State bldg which is outstanding. Room I had was small, had limited soundproofing, and had a loud and obtrusive HVAC system.
Overall it was acceptable but I would stay elsewhere next time I need to be in midtown."
