"It was an excellent VIP experience. I love the amenities and the valet parking, especially the location. It was close to everything and I was able to get some proper rest when I needed it. Clean and sanitized rooms. I was just missing a hair dryer and additional lighting in the bathroom with better in-room coffee."

In our room, it seemed that water was gathering on the shower floor. 2) Could do with more wardrobe space. 3) Chris and Sheila at reception need special mention. "The room was great and cozy with an amazing view of the city. Everything was a short walk or subway ride away while not being in the middle of heavy traffic. Staff were friendly and helpful. They held our bags for us after checkout so we could walk around a bit more around the city. Will definitely return to this location. "

"Location is excellent. 7 min walk from Penn Station. Took train from Newark so easy. Within walking distance to main attractions. Subway super easy to use. Being able to grab a Starbucks in the lobby before heading out was a bonus. Staff were very nice especially the lady with the dark hair who was working in the bar/restaurant at night.
