A localização é perfeita, e o quarto limpo e espaçoso, infelizmente o serviço de quarto deixou muuuito a desejar, demorava demais e até esqueciam nossos pedidos. Mas deixo um agradecimento ao Hector! Que nos ajudou com as malas, nos deu dicas, e foi muito muito prestativo, foi tão atencioso que mesmo semanas depois de chegar em casa ainda lembro seu nome!"

"We didn’t get the breakfast bc we were overly hung over & had alto drive back but the hotel staff were friendly & very helpful. The hotel itself was very clean & the room was super clean & comfy for everyone.

"The hotel was very nice, the room was modern and clean. The shower faucet was loose and would actually come off if you pulled on it but it functioned fine. Exercise room had lots of weights and machines. The doormen were super friendly and welcoming. My advice is to request a room with a view, otherwise you might get the room we got which had a view of a brick wall and mechanicals. on the other hand, maybe you would want that room if you wanted more privacy.😆"

"I have stayed numerous times at The Kimberly, and it is my favorite place to stay when I visit my daughter in New York.
The staff is amazing, the property is lovely, and the rooftop bar is so nice to visit.
I would highly recommend this hotel."

"We booked a 2bdrm suite for 3 adults. It was everything we expected and less. We felt like we were in a dorm room, with over-used furniture, banged up walls and lumpy pillows. One bedroom has a queen bed and a large TV with a dresser and side table. The 2nd bdrm had 2 twin beds. That's it. No side tables to hold a glass of water or a lamp to read your book to at night. The living room couch was so worn out that we stuck pillows under the cushion so we didn't sink into middle. The kitchen...
