"We stayed at this property for one night to catch an early flight from LGA the next morning. The location is close enough from the subway (Main St-Flushing) to walk, even with heavy luggage. This was my mom's first trip to NYC so she enjoyed seeing many boroughs, and this one was an added bonus. The room was tidy, clean and as expected. it is also in close walking distance to many Asian restaurants, Macy's and Target. The only downside was we left the property at 6:30 and were not able to eat...

I called the front desk, but they told me they were out of stock. This property does not meet the standards I expect from a Hyatt hotel. I was very disappointed with my stay."
