"The staff was great. Got lots of friendly help with directions restaurants and taxis.
Location perfect could walk to most places.
The room was large and had a great view.
The only problem was the shower was extremely slippery with no hand rails. Dangerous.
Overall I would go there again because of the people.
Oh yes , I have to mention the tiny elevators. With the restaurant and bar on the top floor there were times
when we had to wait a little."

"The staff went above and beyond with every interaction! The room was clean. Bed is comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The rooftop restaurant give spectacular views of the city although we did not try the other two restaurants in the hotel they stay packed so I think it is safe to assume all restaurants in the hotel are wonderful! 10/10 recommend!"

"Well for a hotel near laguardia at a cheap price, probably couldn't do much better. the room was very clean I'll give them that. but no one there to help and a weird chinese restaurant in the lobby. just a strange vibe. but cheap and overall clean. close to airport which is what i needed."

"Parking was overfilled. Room access cards didn't work. Room floor was filthy. TWICE in four days our room was not serviced. The shower needed 2-4 MINUTES of running before it got hot. Towels and sheets were threadbare.

"The best airbnb Ive stayed at in New York with the best price for our family of 6. The place was so clean, amenities looked brand new. It had a homey feel to it, my kids didnt want to leave. We will definently be booking again in the future. "

"Voco in Astoria is a great place to stay. It’s less than a year old and the rooms are soundproof. Across from me was the subway track and I could barely hear it. It was probably one of of best showers I’ve ever had in a hotel room. The restaurant serves dinner and breakfast. The food and atmosphere was amazing as well as the excellent Customer Service by the entire staff throughout the hotel. It’s a short walking distance to a subway entrance. I will definitely be returning there."
