"I stayed here last minute after my flight was cancelled. I called for a shuttle and it arrived within 10 minutes. I was in terminal C in LGA. It is about a 10 minute ride to and from that part of LGA. When I arrived, it was around 2PM. My check-in was 4PM. I decided to check in and wait around, it’s better than hanging out at the airport for hours!!! But they got a room for me immediately- TTL!! The staff were wonderful helping me out! The room was good. I’m glad I stayed here. 👍"

"Room didn’t include some things listed on their website (no minibar, microwave, robes, etc). The direct TV went out. The shower gel was like thin dish liquid and basically not usable. The curtains and the shower curtain were absolutely filthy. The included breakfast was basic continental plus a couple Chinese options just FYI.
Would have been a 2 star from me but the bed was super comfy. Was fine overall for one night stay after cancelled flight at LGA."
