"This felt more like a hostel, not a hotel. When you walk in it smells like mildew in the lobby. There is very little hot water and zero water pressure. There is no safe for your valuables. When requesting an iron (because one doesn't exist in the room) reception told my husband to come down and get it. Clearly taking advantage of the occupancy rates due to it being US Open time."
