"The control for the shower in room 748 was very difficult to operate. I found it difficult to set the temperature of the water to an acceptable degree as the water kept fluctuating from very hot to very cold !!
The control knob was very wobbly!!"

"The rooms were decent, it was just inconvenient that in order to get your room cleaned daily you’d have to let the staff know and even if you left the sign on, your room wouldn’t be cleaned. I let the staff know and my room was not cleaned, so the cleanliness wasn’t all there but it does have a hidden gym, small fish pool area, even massage chairs and a big laundry mat within the hotel which was very convenient. If you’re going to Manhattan though prepare to take about an hour in subway and...

"I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. While the overall service was not bad, I had to deal with the strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana for 3 of those days.
The smell wafted into my room during both the day and night, which made my stay very uncomfortable. It is truly disappointing that this issue was not properly managed or monitored, as the rest of the service was decent."

"I found this hotel to be better for my tastes and needs than another one I was in the night before. However, they advertise "free breakfast," but all they had was coffee and tea, and a microwave. All in all, I would stay there again. Staff were kind and friendly."

"The best airbnb Ive stayed at in New York with the best price for our family of 6. The place was so clean, amenities looked brand new. It had a homey feel to it, my kids didnt want to leave. We will definently be booking again in the future. "

"What a wonderful hotel to arrive to after a 6 hour flight. Albert was excellent checking us into our room placing us away from any possible. Ouse. The bed was heaven as was the shower. The decor is calming and the rooms are quiet. There is an outside terrace on the second floor. The Busy Bee is a local eatery and has coffee, smoothies, fresh made food and pastries. For flights to and from LGA or JFK, there is an hourly shuttle. I plan to stay again on future flights to and from NY airports."
