They were doing some remodeling work so the restaurant was not open which would of been convenient for us and it would of been nice to have some outdoor seating area for smokers or just somewhere to enjoy the nice weather"

"Not all rooms got smart tv. Not all rooms got a good tv or remote. Parking is first come first serve. The staff can be more helpful but they dont try to accommodate guests with their needs. The house keeping service is delayed, when we asked for fresh clean towels, it took them 30 mins to bring it up, we had to call remind them. The housekeeper was on a private phone call while working. The floors are not being swept and tubs are not being scrubbed. There is always construction waking us up...

"The best airbnb Ive stayed at in New York with the best price for our family of 6. The place was so clean, amenities looked brand new. It had a homey feel to it, my kids didnt want to leave. We will definently be booking again in the future. "

The airport shuttle was one of the key reasons I selected this hotel, and it made my trip much more convenient.
