"Room was decent fridge didnt really work in the room I had 2 staff members that were very nice and helpful and the other 2 I came across were rude short and not helpful i was lucky they even answered my questions when asked, the way they wrote out how the shuttle works is just confusing enough that if you dont pay attention you'll be in the same trouble I was in,with difficulty whenI tried to set up shuttles, when I ordered their ' room service " it took 2 hours to get it delivered with attuide...

"My Bedroom was clean and my bed comfortable.
The hotel lobby and halls were not very clean.
Water pressure was terrible and I had to kneel down and sponge bath be cause the water was cold. After a long time it did finally get warm.
The subway train ran almost directly above the motel and was very loud about every five minutes. There also was no refrigerator. Other than that it was great."

"The best airbnb Ive stayed at in New York with the best price for our family of 6. The place was so clean, amenities looked brand new. It had a homey feel to it, my kids didnt want to leave. We will definently be booking again in the future. "

"The driver of the van is friendly and helpful. The property itself is modern. The front desk people are rude and not helpful or pleasant at all. To top it off there wasn't even water the next day because they claim a fire hydrant burst nearby. But still when youre in the middle of a shower, how are you supposed to rinse?"
