"Very Poor customer service, 3rd floor Smells, ? Old/dirty carpets, Microwave not safe for use by guests, Front Desk takes forever to answer calls, ataffs not helpful at all. requests from Housekeeping also takes hours and/or never comes. Bath tubs Non-working.
Pool too small & is shared by next door hotel guests. Staffs on Amenities Not helpful as well.
This hotel is a Waste of money in general. First time to experience all these in a Hilton group of hotels."

"The room was spacious and clean. However, I traveled alone as a woman, and I did not feel comfortable with the location. The hotel is next to RiverStone Casino, and there were drunk people yelling outside the rooms all night. The walls are very thin, so I could hear everything from the other rooms. It was very hard to sleep. The elevator was dirty and smelled bad. I would not stay here again, especially if you are looking for a quiet hotel before or after your flight."

When I pulled back the top sheet, it was heavily wrinkled and did not appear to have been freshly washed. "Had an early morning flight out of LaGuardia so I decided to stay in a hotel then commute from Connecticut at 2:30 am. Hotel is in Chinatown about 10 min from the airport. A lot of inexpensive food options, some of them just around the corner, some shopping, and a few pharmacies within walking distance. Also LIRR and subway are a short walk.
The hotel itself was good for the quick over night stay. Clean hotel but resembles an apartment building more than a hotel. Stayed on the second floor but...

"The best airbnb Ive stayed at in New York with the best price for our family of 6. The place was so clean, amenities looked brand new. It had a homey feel to it, my kids didnt want to leave. We will definently be booking again in the future. "
