Our family holiday trip to NYC was truly unforgettable, thanks to LUMA Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with genuine warmth and made our kids feel just as welcome as the adults. Every interaction felt personal, thoughtful, and full of holiday cheer.
The location couldn’t be better—right by Times Square and Bryant Park—making it incredibly easy to explore the city with little ones. We walked to shows, holiday attractions, and great restaurants without ever feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
Our room was spotless, modern, and surprisingly spacious for a family. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the floor‑to‑ceiling windows gave us beautiful city views that the kids loved waking up to. Housekeeping kept everything immaculate, and the small touches—like cozy robes, great lighting, and quality toiletries—made the stay feel extra special.
The staff always greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed.
LUMA made our holiday trip feel magical, relaxing, and easy. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for families looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service in the heart of NYC.
