"Got the worst room ever. Construction view. Worker walk just outside of the room. (Room was on the second floor and construction worker walk on the roof just outside of the room. Made a reservation six month ago but still got the such a horrible room."

"The staff was absolutely amazing. From the front desk to the hospitality crew. Brenda was so friendly and helpful. She had the best smile and just very pleasant to be around. There was another young lady who is African American had pretty braids and was just as amazing. She worked the overnight shift. We will be back in August and plan to stay there again. "We recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn on W 36th in NYC. Upon arrival all the staff were very helpful, they stored our bags safely while we toured the local area until our rooms were ready. They called when one room was ready but not the other 2. I booked through Expedia and prepaid the room, which I will NEVER EVER EVER do again. This hotel charged me again for all 3 rooms when I checked out. Had to go to the front desk and speak with someone 2 times. The first person claimed I was not charged...

"I have to say the friendliness and willingness to address your needs were second to none. From the doormen/concierge (special shout outs to Kenny and Jose) to the entire staff at the front desk, as well as the maintenance staff this hotel is definitely one of the best.
