"Great location for our needs, right by a subway station, literally around the corner from Madison Square Garden (we were in town for a concert there) and easy access to all the other things we wanted to see, eat, visit. Staff were super friendly and checked in regularly to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Very quiet and safe (doors locked from 11pm onwards, need room key to access) Rooms are small but you don't spend much time in the room anyways. Beds were comfy and the bathroom...
