"It is very hard to find the lobby. You must park in a dark parking lot behind the building and walk down the street to get to the lobby to check in. The night staff was rude and unhelpful. If you have a 6:00am flight, don't count on the hotel shuttle, it doesn't start running until 4:00 am. You must pay to park at the hotel. The parking spots are extremely small and it is tight to move around. The overflow parking is a dark lot under the overpass across the street from the hotel."

"Rooms were $800+ I managed to get a room for $400. By the time I arrived 9:45pm, everything was closed or closing at 10pm. Apparently the hotel was transitioning to a new ownership. I wish I was notified. A desk guy said that there were "signs in the elevators". I was just at the property a week ago and no word of this "transition"... I needed food after travelling all day, and there are no microwaves in the Executive Suites. I used hot tap water to add to an insta noodle cup...

"I saw many negative reviews on google but I was worried for no reason. The washroom and the bed was clean and that’s the most important part in my opinion. Carpets did look like they need a wash but I used slippers to walk at all times. Property is old so don’t expect anything fancy but location was great. Make sure you bring earplugs because it does get a bit noisy at night. Overall very happy, probably we will book it again if we visit Vancouver."
