They had the bellboy delivery your suitcases within 20 mins or less depending how busy it is to your room! 3. The resort itself was beautiful and spacious with good views throughout. 4. Great resort to bring your young kids as young as newborns. My children 2&3 had a blast!! 5. Staff is very helpful polite and helpful to anything you need. "This property has open air buffets that can be too hot in 90 degree weather. The beach had so much sargassm no one could get in the ocean. This is my main reason for going is to swim in crystle clear warm ocean. Maybe we should have gotten a notice of this so we could go to another resort."
