"Reception staff was not clear about what amenities included, check out was very slow, only one staff at bar. Location was fantastic and bed was comfy. Room was very small, hard to have two carry on luggage open at the same time and limited storage and hanging space."

"I checked into this hotel and I stayed for four nights. I had my do not disturb sign up majority of the night on my third day. I allowed housekeeping to come in while I was there to make changes, on my fourth day housekeeping beat on my door after ignoring at the first time, they came back again knock hard again after opening the door I told her, pI had already received service yesterday. The housekeeper looked at me with the most nastiest egregious look and walked away. That was my experience...
