This is a rental for the entire home. You will not be sharing it with anyone and you will have access to everything in the home and in the common areas, including the rooftop swimming pool, sun loungers, gym, etc.

The easiest way to get around (if you don't like to walk) is by taxi. You'll never have to walk more than a block to find a taxi which are very well priced. Usually, you can get
anywhere in Playa del Carmen for less than 15$ USD.
● Your payment is managed by the platform, we do not get the payout until your reservations starts. Any doubts regarding payment please reach the platform.

● ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.**

● Please notice we only provide bottled water (500ml), toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap at arrival, after that you must buy as you need. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person on the reservation and 1 kitchen cloth.

●The cleaning fee you pay, only includes the cleaning and disinfection of the property before and after your reservation. Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels has an extra fee.
