Please respect the neighbors. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help save energy by keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $5 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. The meter will be checked on the day of arrival and again on departure. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off lights and the AC before leaving as it consumes the most. - If you need a cot or pack an play, we can provide one for an extra fee previous notice given. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons. - Pets are not allowed. - Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected. - We provide essentials like toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwashing soap to get you started. Just note that these starter items are not replenished.
