"Excellent 7 night stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The amenities, including a self laundry were just what we needed. The location, across the street from the nearest Tube station was ideal, as well as its overal lproximity to major attractions in London. "Third stay at this hotel, I was sorry this was not recognised by the rather abrupt check in person. Our room was very small and noisy as directly over the terrace. However, the breakfast was wonderful and the staff in the breakfast room very very lovely too … the jury’s out on whether we will stay again."

"Appartment set up with fridge and ability to prepare your own food. Very good bed, small bathroom but functional. Very good shower. All nice and clean. Located in Wood Wharf near Union Square. Subway within 5min walk. Restaurants and bar nearby. Would definitely recommend"

"This hotel is more like a Premiere Inn with iPads to check in, a snack bar and clean but sparse rooms. You also cannot control your own aircon and are expected to ask a staff member to come into the room to adjust it. The aircon fan is very loud too.Staff are pleasant. Location convenient."
