"Very pleasant, polite, and helpful staff. Good service quality, prompt response to my requests. Clean and large rooms, excellent location. We enjoyed our stay. A minor flaw is that the sofa bed is a bit saggy."

"Property was ok.. room was an upgrade to a huge suite however... nothing worked in the living room. No TV or phone were operational. Elevator lights were partially out, no internet working the morning we left. Restaurant was empty and no staff any where so we had to walk to a place down the street. The room was over $900 US. It was quite disappointing to say the least."

"All the amenities were first class. Our room was lovely. We have always like the Kit Kemp interiors. The staff were delightful and so helpful. Without a doubt one of the highlights of our stay. The only thing we would say is that the food was not quite up to standard. and our breakfasts were not terribly warm although the coffee was wonderful with very generous portions on request. I asked for pancakes one morning for breakfast and they came cold and incredibly burnt and I’m not sure what...
