"We stayed here for one week, from Friday to Friday. Upon arrival, we were informed that the elevator was out of service and were assigned a room on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, the elevator was never repaired during our entire stay. It appeared to be an ongoing issue that was not disclosed before our arrival.
Housekeeping was also very limited. During the week, the room was cleaned only once and towels were replaced once. The bed sheets were never changed.
The air conditioning did not work...

"This was a perfect place for a family to stay. The kitchen allowed us to save on food and the beds were amazing. Be forewarned, the basement unit is next to a karaoke bar and the unit is beneath a very busy tea shop. This was a problem for our family member that stayed in the back left bedroom but not an issue for anyone else. There is no cleaning included, so you will need to handle your own rubbish and recycling. Management was very responsive though when I identified some very minor repairs...

"I came early to the apartment, but the house manager was so sweet that I could put my luggage there and he would make sure to bring it to the apartment when it was ready. And at the same time would let me know that I could get the keys in the keybox. Such a great service. Thanks again."
