"Excellent customer service"

"Rooms slightly small but comfortable walking distance to restaurants, shopping, tube. Bars and restaurants at the hotel were great. They let us check in early as our flight arrived in the morning. Would sty here again"

"The staff at The Rubens were wonderful, especially the doormen! We had the pleasure of meeting two lovely gentlemen during our stay, but Robert truly stood out. He was incredibly friendly, warm, and kind to everyone who walked through the doors. His welcoming personality made every entrance and exit feel special. He truly is a gem and such an asset to the hotel!"

"Loved the property, location and staff. Can’t wait to stay again next time we are in London."

"I loved my stay at Flemings. no other word for it. And I will definitely stay here again if I'm able to go to London again. Now for the very few caveats: I don't know if they somehow knew I was an 83 woman traveling alone, or not, but I suspect - but how? I have no idea. My room on the main floor, was on a hallway towards the back of the building, where it was totally quiet. You didn't enter the room directly off the lobby but after going through some doors and there were a number of rooms...

"Relaxing stay, staff very friendly and helpful. Lounge was a bonus, great location."

"no thank you"

"Great it was my first international trip and I really enjoyed myself."
