"Upon arrival for our one night stay we were told that our room wasnt ready despite us being there 45mins past the check in time, so we were invited to have a cocktail in the bar whilst we wait, not a big deal. Then a few more things went wrong, we were sent to the wrong room then the correct room wasnt what we booked. "The reception when we arrived at The Londoner was amazing, and the hotel is well placed for central London touring - we couldn't have asked for better convenience.
