"Excellent experience. I go there every week. Awesome people and premises. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟"

"Best value for a large chain in the Piccadilly area. Have stayed here multiple times and it’s solid. Rooms are on the smaller side but that is not unique to this property. The one thing that isn’t great is the communal iron vs having one in your room."

"Location and price were fine. Bed was not the most comfortable I’ve ever had"

"1 elevator of 2 not operable and very small Need tissues in rooms Staff friendly and helpful Shower 1 of the best anywhere!"

"Modern and clean hotel and room. Good breakfast and good service"

"Hotel muy cómodo, con gran hall y muchos sofás para tomarte un tiempo con tus amigos o familia. Habitaciones muy prácticas, cómodas y grandes. "Great night sleep during our layover from Brussels back to the USA."

"Listed that there was a top bar/restaurant with breakfast in the morning but no longer was open."

"Perfect location, nice clean rooms, very courteous staff."
