"Excellent service, convenient location, air conditioned and thoughtfully compact/ comfortable room. We arrived early and staff went above and beyond to get a space ready for us whilst we chilled in the courtyard garden - which I recommend, a little oasis! There are no facilities in the room such as kettle etc but the downstairs area has plenty 24/7 refreshments and quiet safe space - even for an introvert like me!"

"Overall, the stay was okay. The location was great, but the room was unbelievably hot overnight. The fan provided was broken and wouldn’t run properly, and although we left the windows open, they had been closed when we returned, making it impossible to cool the room. We ended up having to wet towels just to keep cool and had a pretty sleepless night. We also had to wait until exactly 2:00 pm to check in, which felt unnecessarily rigid."

"The property is well situated in walking distance to each Westminster, Buckingham, and St. James Park. The rooms are small and amenities low for the price- you are definitely paying for the location. The rooms are too small for a fridge or coffee/tea station, and to store our two checked bags anywhere. The A/C struggled to get the room temp down, and kept resetting itself to 21 degrees. There was only a single USB charger, which was odd since the rest of the design was modern. Front desk staff...
