"Shuffled through 4 different rooms since the A/C was out in each of their rooms. The staff could not help and downgraded our rooms. After switching, they kept putting other guests in our previous rooms. We talked with other guests that had the same experience. Not one apology, just promises that the next room will have A/C. They did not until room number 4. Room 4 had tiles coming up in the bathroom, grout work falling apart, smaller accommodations, changed amenities (no A/C control, no coffee...
