Perfect spot for solo travelers - nice and cozy. It’s a 5 minute walk to the nearest tube station and right smack in the middle of everything. So easy to visit every shop and explore. My room was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Also the staff helped me tremendously!

Cosy and functional room in a fantastic location. AC a bit noisy so may be an issue in the summer but it was fine really. Shower was super powerful. Everything about this place, especially the staff, was fantastic.

Really great affordable hotel bang in the middle of soho! Super easy to walk to soho, Oxford Circus, Piccadilly, theatre district, Covent Garden, Leicester Square in 5/6 mins. Food market round the corner and amazing shops. Staff were very helpful. Room was clean, but very very tiny so if you are a couple, be prepared to dance around each other getting ready but overall, it served us very well for the night we were in London. Also so amazing you have the option to leave your luggage after checkout free of charge and come and collect it later in the day. Great!

I'm giving this a poor rating because: -the TV stopped working and required maintenance mid-way through my stay -the AC also stopped working mid-way and required maintenance -the bed is very hard and flat (we're talking a 6" foam mattress on wooden slat) -the floor was dirty upon check in (sticky and hard crumbs on it) -the shower had mold in it -they only give you a few towels at a time and you need to continually ask for more -cleaning isn't done everyday, you have to ask the front desk when the next cleaning will be, if it's not today you can gather your towels and put them in the hamper down the hallway and the garbage can be taken out by you -there's music playing at all hours of the night, you can hear people talking and walking down the street from your bed -the floors are not sturdy, if you step on the hardwood in front of the washroom theres a dip in the ground and feels "mushy" -it's a very tiny room and you cannot leave your suitcase open The good: -it's redeeming quality is the close prxomity to everything including the Elizabeth line -the shower had good water pressure

TLDR: * tiny room * thin mattress = stiff bed * breakfast was lackluster * great location to the underground * tons of food options around the hotel Be warned that the room is incredibly small. The shower and toilet are directly across from the bed with maybe a 2-foot space between the two. And they are separated by frosted glass that left nothing to the imagination. The biggest complaint we have is the bed. It was maybe three inches thick and it rested on stiff wooden slats. It felt like we were sleeping on the floor. Incredibly uncomfortable. The saving grace is how close the hotel is to the underground station. Only a 5-8 minute walk. And usually only took 10-15 minutes on the tube to the popular sights. And there are tons of restaurants and pubs around with a variety of options to choose from. Highly recommend Golden Union for fish & chips (it’s just down the road from the hotel). We loved being right in the middle of everything. As for the breakfast… though the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the food left much to be desired. Small Belgian waffles maybe the size of my palm. Croissants were the same size. They had some premade breakfast sandwiches that were a decent size but bland. They had yogurt with the option for various toppings—dried fruits, nuts, muesli. There was some lunch meat and cheese out as well. Not worth the money, in my opinion, when there are other breakfast options around town, including bagel shops near the hotel.

Rooms clean, quiet, comfortable bed, good tv, good ac, good amenities in room and bathroom. Under bed space for luggage. Only share if you are a couple the bathroom offers absolutely no privacy! Great location worth the micro floor space. Friendly helpful staff. We have already booked another stay.

When I checked in I wasn’t asked for any ID or form or proof of who I am. The person just asked my name and said you all set. In my head I was like “that’s not very safe” I asked. Didn’t you need my ID, they were oh yes, they opened it and gave it back to me. I didn’t spend a full night there. But I was giving a room in the 1st floor that facing a back alley or a garage that had a generator which is was super super load, it made it very difficult to even try to have some rest.
