"This property was amazing! The staff immediately make you feel welcome, and the rooms are lovely! We ordered room service our first night in, and it was delicious. It was nice to have a well prepared meal brought to our room after a long day of travel. The Victoria Station is right there, so navigating through London via the transportation options makes it so easy. We traveled on the Tube multiple times, and it was great knowing that when getting to the station we were minutes from being back...

"I was surprised to find a reasonably priced hotel in London and was dubious about what it would be like. But the reviews were pretty good so I decided to give it a go. "Stayed over armistice weekend. Amazing service and room was spotlessly clean. Compact and bijou and everything I needed for a west end stay. Room overlooking main thoroughfare to Leicester Square was very quiet. Corridors were dark and atmospheric and availability of breakfast was an added bonus at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be booking a Z hotel again. Thank you."
