Going to T4 by the connecting walkway can be a challenge, but even if you are going to Terminal 2, invest in a taxi. 20 minutes ànd you will have dodged a major energy drain"

"The only issue we had was getting to/from the airport. There are TWO Hilton Garden Inns at LHR. Our Uber from London took us to the wrong one and it cost us 45 pounds to go between hotels with luggage. The bus service to/from LHR will run about 8 pounds per person but can be very crowded if you have a lot of luggage to haul. If you have many people in your party and a lot of luggage it might be worth booking the hotel adjacent to Terminal Two ?
As far as quietness (being by an airport) this...

2. I was leaving at 6;45 the next day so did not expect the full breakfast I paid for. I saw the coffee maker in the dining area and was told I would have to make it myself in my room. There was an opened box of cereal and a box of shredded wheat so I was told there would be milk.
