From the moment we got to the property, we were treated by each staff with exceptional customer service. The hotel is in a wonderful and quiet area with a quick walk to the South Kensington tube. The room lacked drawer space but made up for it with a comfortable bed and bedding. They should warn about the use of American made hair dryers though. Despite having a converter plug, my hair dryer essentially was fried upon my first use. When in need of an iron/ironing board upon check in, the front desk staff sent someone up immediately with these items that we were able to use for the week. Thank you!
A shout out to those who went over and above: Dining room: Levente, Adele (pm dining room manager, and Fernanda, and ALL concierges who gave amazing recommendations for dinners and helped with reservations. The Sky Garden was a hit. When making a special request of a grab and go breakfast for one of the morning's of our stay (we had an early bus tour and would miss the breakfast), Adele worked with us to arrange for a "to go" breakfast. Upon arrival at the front desk at 6:30 am, it was all set to travel (complete with hot tea, coffee, and pastries to go). The breakfast package was well worth the price with bountiful fruit, a pastry basket, and entree, along with juices and tea/coffee. Thank you, thank you, thank you for offering this exceptional property and stay. It was my first trip to London (not my husband's), and certainly not our last. We would HIGHLY recommend your property.
