I have investigated on our side and there was a mistake where we charged your card, when as mentioned, you did pre pay for your reservations.
I have refunded the card and attached the updated receipts to this email. Please allow a few days with your bank to process the refund on their side.

The money is still pending. I don´t understand where the real problem is.
We have been talking with my bank and confirmed that the money is not refunded.
