All communication must be done through Airbnb messaging. We are several people in charge of messages with you guests and we need to use the same channel to keep track of your reservation and be able to serve you efficiently.

The building is located in the hotel zone of Tulum with all the tourist attractions that stand out worldwide for their unique experience. Quick access to the beach and the most famous places in the area.

If you are a lover of walking you can do it within the area although to go to the beach we suggest you rent a bicycle, motorcycle or ATV; in the area there are many places where you can rent them or from your arrival you can rent a car if you prefer.

Additionally, please note that some access roads may be unpaved, which is common in various areas of Tulum.

As our guest, you have free access to our exclusive beach club, located at kilometer 9.3 in Tulum’s hotel zone—one of the most beautiful spots on the coast.

Beach Club Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Restaurant: Open daily from 7:30 AM – 10:00 PM

Important:
Free access is available until December 14.
From December 15 to February 15 (high season), a preferred access fee will apply, payable directly at the beach club.
On your reservation we include 30KW per night, in case you go over that consumption we charge $8MXN per extra KW. We provide picture of the meter on your check in and your chek out


UPON CHECK-IN, A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $500 USD IN CASH WILL BE REQUIRED. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED UPON CHECK-OUT IF THERE ARE NO DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY.
