"The hotel appears to be fairly new. The room smelt of fresh paint, clean and a good size. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchenette area was a good size. The location is approximately 15 minute taxi drive from the airport, which was perfect, especially with an early morning flight. The only disappointment is no onsite restaurant. "The room was clean and modern and very convenient to Papeete center and ferry terminal. Great place to stay!"

"We were only here one night, so it was sufficient. There was no hot water at all when we showered. There is also no pool here, so not much to do other than walk around. We got there at 11:00 & were told they could check with housekeeping, but it was 50% of the room rate to check in early, so we didn’t! We did get in around 2:00 though! The front desk staff was super helpful & friendly. "

"The staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are all upstairs with no elevator. This was a perfect stay for a night between islands. We slept comfy with Air conditioning. We had a small breakfast included with toasts, cheeses, butter, jams, and juice. It was also located in the heart of Papeete so you can walk to the brewery, food trucks, or the market at any time. Would highly recommend this place for anyone on a budget or anyone in between islands for a night or two. "

"Great place to stay in town. Center of everything and I’m front of the ferries. Stayed there twice during my time in Papeete. Got the cabin bunk for a solo traveler no complaints communal showers outside that separates men and woman. Easy place for easy travelers. "

"We had a long layover so we decided to book a hotel near the airport. Communication before arrival was excellent and they responded quickly to our questions.. We arrived in the evening and later then expected due to a flight delay. Even with the delay, they had a shuttle waiting to pick us up. They also took us to the airport very easily in the morning the next day. Very pleased with the staff at the Lodge."

"Property was nice but definitely an older property. Run down. Needs a face lift and upgrade. We upgraded to the premium room and it was just ok. It was 2 stories which’s worked for us but probably should have been noted. It was kinda inconvenient having the 2 nd floor, getting the suitcases up there and constantly going up and down. But awesome views. The room was old looking. Overall just needs to be updated. The fridge was tiny. Nothing fit in it. Hotel needs ice machines. Maybe another...

"We stayed at this location for 8 days in a superior room and enjoyed almost every single moment of it. We would rate the location 10/10. The view is breathtaking! The room design and layout are very well done although the rooms themselves are tired and some things don’t work anymore i.e the lighting in the pool and over the mirror in the bathroom, the waterfall in the pool and the hot tub was dry. "Overall, I thought it was nice and comfortable. Google maps originally took me to the wrong place, but we got it sorted out. They seem to have a fair number of animals - besides a couple of dogs and a cat, I definitely heard a rooster as well. So it could be a little disruptive overnight when you're trying to sleep if you're not used to that sort of thing."

The in room updates and work put into the property since opening is exceptional. Staying a little further away from Papeete is nice and starts to give you more of an island feel.
