If your stay is between 21 and 42 nights, you'll be charged an additional $70; for stays between 42 and 63 nights, two cleaning fees ($140 total) will apply, and for every additional 21 nights thereafter, $70 will be charged. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. There’s an extra charge for additional guests and visitors over the property's capacity. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay. - Pets are not allowed. - Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
