"The hotel is in a fantastic location right in Times Square, and a short walking distance to Rockefeller Center, Central Park, the theatres (broadway shows) and shopping. You can easily hop on a subway & head to the 9/11 memorial and the Statin Island Ferry. The hotel is dated and our room was very basic/minimalistic, but they were in the process of updating them. The staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful! We would stay there again."

"The location was ideal for upper manhattan visits and Central Park, time square and a broadway show. Access to subway and Ubers a bit more difficult. The hotel gave a private quiet vibe. The current construction was not mentioned and thus noise was my alarm clock . I was given a handicap room and that was different. Ask for extra towels when you arrive. Overall I’d give it a B. Did not deter me from returning."

"Close to times square, extremely convenient for getting around with stations either side of the block, and Port Authority a minutes walk away. We asked for a quiet room away from the street, and got one where there were no disturbances from either the street or the others on the floor. Breakfast was good and whilst it got busy, we did not have to wait too long for a table. Breakfast options are pretty standard across most of the hotels at this level. Staff were friendly is and...

"Our room was pretty good and spacious but on our last day we found several bugs all over the room including what I think was a roach. Bag storage room was a little chaotic. Elevators take forever in the morning when everyone is leaving. Breakfast was pretty good."
