"Property was perfect for a one night's stay. Room was a little small but everything we needed. Check in was easy, check out was easier. Staff was great. Didn't realize they had a bar. Sat there after a day out and the bartender was very kind. Overall a nice experience and would book again."

"Hotel staff was great. The roof top lounge would have been nice if they toned down the volume on the music. We left as did others due to the volume and the speakers being right overhead to seating areas. Wem ended up going to other local bars instead. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, but the room was on the small size to move around in."

The morning coffee is of poor quality and limited and has no value. The elevators do not work. You have to wait a long time to go up and down. A lot of time wasted waiting. The building is old. The outdated wall AC unit makes a lot of noise and did not work properly. It is definitely very inaccurate description on your website. "

"I've stayed at this property at least four times. I prefer it because I like having a kitchenette and fridge. Even though I don't cook in the room, it's great to have a place to put leftovers and have the option of using the kitchen. It's less than one block from the subway stop. Very close to Times Square and Broadway shows. This stay, the room was very noisy as it faced the street. Fortunately, the front desk was able to change my room and I slept well after that.
