"Everything was fantastic, there were some detailed items, like broken lock on sliding door in room and the knob on the bathroom door was broken, wear and tear on some furniture in room. Service was great! Food was delicious, lots of options, made to order food, minimal buffet food, quality goods! 5 pools all located by the beach. Many activities durning the day, always something to do, we enjoyed yoga daily and water aerobics! Very chill and relaxing vacation, highly recommend! And nooooo...

"We stayed on the Coral Level and had a beautiful view of the pool and all of the activities that took place on the Coral side. The main resort was nice but we couldn't be happier that we upgraded to the coral level. Far more relaxed and adult centered. Food and Drink were fantastic and the staff were great. The room has no reachable electric outlets, bathroom has bathtub but sealed and not usable, no water coming out of the faucet waste of space! Dining buffet is not good as far as utensils, glasses, soup spoons, running out and not replaced. short staff, food not replaced right away, people tend to wait. ice cream is "melt scream" not ice cream, cones are stale and...

"It was an older property, but everything was clean and very nice. There’s a nice pool area and the beach was great. It was very quiet and tranquil. The rooms were huge, but they were almost empty and felt cold/uninviting. That would be my only complaint…the room decor needs help. Otherwise the staff was great "

"The only thing their staff cares is tips, room service staff don’t take the tip even you leave the tip in the room, only accept tip when you give it to them face to face, and next day they will knock your door for room service when you stayed in your room( we want to take a rest),the worst experience is the buffet restaurant, I know guests supposed to tip the waiters, but every meal from breakfast to dinner? Waiters ask your room card and Take it away and only give you back when you finished...

"The buffet food was horrible. They make you line up at 9am to book the “a la carte” restaurants and the food with those isn’t much better. I got uber eats 3 of my 5 nights at the resort. I read reviews before selecting this resort and i cant help but feel completely lied to. People gave 4.5/5 and i can only assume they’ve been paid or never actually been to the resort.
