"Hotel was good for one night but the bed for the third adult was nothing but a camp bed. Even though we didn’t arrive until 8pm, housekeeping had to be called to put the bed up. After a long day travelling, this wasn’t ideal. Neither was there a third tea cup or barely enough tea/coffee/sugar/milk for 3 people. There was no vanity area with plug sockets and mirror to do hair and makeup. For these reasons, we wouldn’t stay here again."

"Location, location, location. Right next to tower of london . This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful part of london. The room is in need of an update, but still very nice. If I am ever lucky enough to travel to London, I will definitely stay here again. The breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of restaurants nearby"

"Great hotel for business or pleasure if you require a location near Westminster, Buckingham Palace, the Tate Modern and others. Not an inexpensive place, but the location is perfect for many. And it's worth it."
