"The hotel is a gem. It is situated in the Mayfair area, which is very nice. We’ve stayed there a few times, although it had been a few years since our last day the property is well maintained and clean. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. like most older hotels the rooms can be a bit small and that is really the only downside to this property. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again."
"The staff were incredibly professional and welcoming. The hotel meals were excellent. The location could not have been better: next to the British Museum on a very quiet street. All in all a memorable stay."
