"Everything was great"

"Did not have hot water for most of the stay. Room was in disrepair."

"This is a great hotel close to the subway station in NYC. We enjoyed it!"

"Functional airport stay - shuttle was delayed on pick up but staff were very nice"

"My favorite hotel in NYC"

"Small bedrooms old towels no complementary water"

"Lage direkt am Broadway, Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Waschbecken im Bad zunächst defekt, es wurde aber unverzüglich Hilfe angeboten und das Problem konnte nach wenigen Stunden gelöst werden. Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"Spent halloween weekend there. insane prices for what was provided. air conditioning control didn’t really work at all. you have to pay for a microwave in your room. also have to pay for a morning buffet but do NOT eat the food there it is all bad. the room was clean however we were in one of the top suites of the hotel. staff was nice and helpful."

"Only complaint was the body wash was empty and the fridge did not work. Other than that, the location was convenient for the bus to Manhattan and it was clean."
