"Free parking and close to everything"

"Limited parking, blocked in when needed to leave. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Poor coffee station in lobby with limited or no supplies. Loud guests at night."

"We didn’t give us what we paid for"

"Though the privous occupants refused to vacate the property in time but the landlord was suupportive went out of their way and provided a refund option and an alternative...we took the alternative which happen to be better than the originally booked property ... "Hotel is an overstatement. This place is a motel. Arrived from a trip around 12:30 am and they didn't have my room ready. Made me wait an hour before the cleaning lady arrived to clean a room for me to sleep in. Which sleep is something you might not get. Paper thin walls and again this is a motel so you hearing everything going on."

The staff has always been very friendly and helpful, however we did have an issue having to wait a long ways for our stored luggage to be retrieved for us. The rooms are very small but comfortable, however we had a difficult time keeping the room temperature at a comfortable level and lost sleep because of it."

"breakfast great room was clean staff was very help like that mall patrons can't get up to the rooms made up for the parking which you have to share with mall patrons"

"Hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind, polite, and helpful. There is clean fridge and microwave. The 2-queen bedroom was spacious. The breakfast was decent with good pastries, warm eggs, and a good offering of diverse beverages. We were impressed that they gave 24hs access to the breakfast area and access to hot drinks like hot chocolate and tea. We were able to sit there after dinner and share tea with colleagues before going to bed. It was also great that police...
