"Although our room was spartan in decoration, the staff were exceedingly friendly, kind, and accommodating. I would have liked a bit more storage space and two bottles of water rather than one. The rooms were made up quickly. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The bar had a tremendous selection and a knowledgeable bartender. Also, the food was very tasty. The concierge was a miracle worker. I recommend staying at this hotel."

"Had a great stay, only there for one night as needed a stopover. Property had great amenities and room was very clean, staff happy to help. Used the gym facilities, great for a short workout. "We stayed in early June and enjoyed the hotel and our room. Great things to know: The staff was lovely and helpful. The location is an easy, short walk from Piccadilly Circus (even with luggage). The Piccadilly underground line goes straight to Heathrow Airport - there is no need to take a taxi or other transport. You also can get a short, direct underground to St. Pancras station if taking the Eurostar trains. The surrounding area is active, with lots of restaurants, pubs and shopping...
