Here’s what sets excellence apart from other resorts: wide range of quality, restaurants, including Indian and Teppanyaki; high quality alcohol included, including 1921 tequila cream that is hard to find outside of Mexico; two story rooftop suite is fantastic; Excellence Club services (if you choose a room in that section) are very good. "Disappointed with Grand Princess Riviera/Sunset. Our flight was canceled, causing us to arrive a day late. We got to the resort around 1 AM, had to carry our own luggage up two flights of stairs, and were told an extra night would cost 3 times as much. Staff acted like rooms weren’t available, even though the resort was empty and under construction. We were denied both a refund and the ability to shift our dates. Guests shouldn’t have to cover costs caused by circumstances beyond their control....
