"This hotel was beautiful! Very elegant and the rooms were huge. Massive king size bed and the bathroom and shower were first class. Loved the robes, housekeeping was top notch and the front desk staff were very helpful! We highly recommend staying here when you're in Madrid!"

"Buen hotel"

"Awesome place to stay at in Madrid. 15min walk to the royal capital and a 10 minute walk from Atocha Rhonda station."

"The hotel staff were excellent and very responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the room safe where the batteries weren't working. Someone came up right away to rectify the problem but it turns out the battery cover was missing and the batteries were held in place with Scotch tape but the tape wasn't working well. Not very good and the hotel should have noticed this issue when it first occurred prior to our visit and fixed or replaced the safe. The staff member was extremely apologetic and...

"Great hostel, lots of nice spots to eat and drink in the area"

"The staff were amazing! I truly believe that the start of a good vacation is how your hotel people receive you and this team was amazing for sure. Their patience with guests stands out most to me as I see they went above and beyond to help in any way they can. You can tell they were genuinely happy to help. They are an example of how humanity should be."

"Room is little small. Restaurant is little noisy if you open the window"

"Awesome location , room, breakfast😀☝️."
