"I guess it was toward the end of the season, so while the staff was helpful, the hotel seemed to be somewhat short-staffed.
I was disappointed with the limited choice of restaurants as well as the limited room service menu. The best thing about the hotel was definitely the view; other than that, I did not find it particularly special.
One additional comment: when we asked for shuttle service back to the hotel from the ferry ride area at night, we were asked to go to the Casino, which also...
