"Beautiful hotel, great staff and decent food. Unfortunately we went in January so it was a bit cold at times. Also, the area around the hotel is not that developed; activists/shopping/sightseeing outside the hotel are typical over an hour away by car."

"Great location for snorkelling - house reef is in good condition. The reef is accessable from a hetty which is regulated by lifeguards who sign you in and out of the water for your safety as the water is generally quite rough. The reef inland is very shallow but great for novices and children to swim/snorkel safely. The hitel has activities throughout the day as well as evening entertainment. "There aren’t enough words for how amazing this resort is. The food is amazing and the service is great. Reef is beautiful. Housekeeping is excellent. I cannot remember his name but the worker who always serves ice cream at dinner was our favorite. He spoke very little English but was so kind. He connected really well with my husband and made the experience that much better. I would absolutely come back here again! Amazing Resort!"

"Struttura molto bella ed il personale tutto molto gentile! Forse la spiaggia un po’ deludente, là presenze di una decine di barche x turisti che invadevano la baia e le barche che impuzzolentivano tutta la baia che stanziavano dalle 9 del mattino fino alle 19 del pomeriggio."

"amazing. The staff is the highlight - always helpful and always cheerful. The house reef and lagoon are great (although the reef is clearly showing signs of climate change - far fewer fish and much less thriving corals). The massages are great. The gardens are outstanding. It's a real resort but not pretentious. I found it perfect. I extended my two-week stay for an extra two weeks! Very economical for the quality."

"Le rapport qualité/ prix est excellent. Tout le personnel est agréable. La chambre est spacieuse et bien nettoyée chaque jour. Le seul point négatif est le snorkelling qui n'est pas facilement accessible car il n'est pas situé dans une baie. Les fortes vagues rend diffile cette activité."

"Abbiamo passato una settima in questa meravigliosa struttura, tanto meravigliosa che abbiamo prenotato in altra settimana prima ancora di ritornare in Italia. Struttura molto pulita e personale sempre gentile e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta, soprattuto il referente italiano Hyatam . Molta varietà per quanto riguarda le pietanze a base di carne , qualità nella media. Animazione coinvolgente nelle varie attività giornaliere. Nota di merito a Mido il nostro animatore di fiducia 😂. "

"The hotel is big and beautiful. Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. Althought the hotel was fully booked it never felt crowded or busy. Service was AMAZING!!! 24/7, golf carts available to move all the time. And my pictures are from the sea right infront of the hotel, not the beach but the dock further water, very pretty full of jelly fishes you can swim with with no harm at all, amazing experience. Although if you go further north the beach is better, the location is perfect so makes sense. We had a private pool with warm water very nice to enjoy private time. The FOOD; is not the best, a good variety and several restaurants but the quality is not the best but ok compared to the all inclusive price, just enough. Definitely recomended!! "
