"Staff were very helpful. Room was superb. Location great for shopping and eateries."

"They really do it right for a 5 star hotel. We were very pleased."

"Basic room might be a bit small for 2 people with luggage but the staff and everything else in the hotel are absolutely amazing 10/10!"

"The beauty and location of this hotel is unmatched! There are shops, restaurants and the metro all within walking distance. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The room had great amenities and anything you may have forgotten at home was there. The rooms had lots of character and charm. We couldn’t access the balcony off the room but I’m sure it’s a lability. The roof top bar is expensive but there is a beautiful view from the top to have a drink or two. Would definitely love to...

"Everything was great"

"The hotel is located in an area with easy access to shops and restaurants. Also near El Corte Inglés dept store. There is a large supermarket inside the store with many items to go. We only stayed one night so didn’t get a chance to explore much. Room 227 was very nice with a coffee machine, tea kettle, and refrigerator. Bed was comfortable. Tip: Request firm pillows as the ones in the room were very soft."

"Very nice hotel. Guy by the pool entrance at night had a bad attitude no greeting guests. Other than that great hotel."
