"Staff at this hotel are super friendly and helpful, dealing with any enquiries or problems . My one criticism would be lack of information. There was nothing in our room to inform us of facilities or lack of! in the hotel. For example, we didn't know if there was room service or a mini bar available( there was neither) We had to ask about the breakfast arrangements and on our first day were gestured to take a seat at breakfast and then left to our own devices, not knowing if they would be taking...

"My third time staying here. The first was ten years ago and the second 7 years ago. This stay was the best by far, the lobby and restaurant area are lovely and great to eat at. The spa is amazing! The room had all that I needed. If you’re unsure of the area, it is on quite a residential/local part of Barcelona, so there aren’t much tourists and no night life. The metro runs straight into the centre of the city and only takes 20-40 mins depending on where you want to go. I had noisy neighbours...
